Local photographer creates online teaching program
Vernon, N.J. Photographer Devin Kirschner of Vernon has launched an Internet show teaching photography. In his program “Ready Set Snap” Kirshcner says he uses stories of interesting people or benevolent organizations in a way that connect real life situations to photography lessons.

Poll: Crisis a wake-up call to reduce debt
An August online poll hosted by the National Foundation for Credit Counseling revealed that as a result of the economic crisis, 51 percent of the 3,201 respondents took steps to reduce their debt.

Grant award ensures continuation of Douglas Campus program
